The website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter “content”) on the internet belonging to Vipamar, S.L. or its licensors, to which USERS may have access. USERS assume liability for their use of the website. This liability extends to any registration necessary to access certain services or content.

In any case, Vipamar, S.L. will not be responsible for any opinions provided by users through forums, chats or other means of participation.

Intellectual and industrial property

Vipamar, S.L. shall own all intellectual and industrial property rights on its website, along with the elements contained therein (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software or text; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of used materials, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use etc.).
