What have we done in preparation for the reopening?
Air Conditioning system has been cleaned with Anti-Covid product on June 8th
ALL the hotel has been desinfected by the company APINSA with OX-VIRIN
product certified by the Ministry of Health on June 11, 2020
Performance of ALL the personnel in the SARS-COV-2 online training course. Given by our company of Prevention of Labor Risks
An Anti-Covid Protocol has been elaborated and explained to all staff and including a Contingency Plan in case of detection of a positive case. This plan has been drawn up following the guidelines laid down by the Ministry of Tourism
If you don't want to give us your ID or passport and you prefer to fill in your personal details, you will receive an email before your arrival. All you will have to do is show it to us
If you want, invoice will be sent to you at the time of departure to your email account. This way you can leave without picking up any paper

What have we done in preparation for the reopening?

MANDATORY to wear the mask in the common areas. And supply of mask in case of not having
Availability of Hydro Alcoholic GEL in all common areas
Installation of methacrylate screens at the reception and buffet tables when the corresponding safety distance cannot be maintained 1.5m
Only people who share a room can go up in the elevator
Use of SUMA BAC D10 as a cleaning product throughout the hotel. This product is recommended against Covid-19 by the Ministry of Health
The rooms are disinfected after each client exit by STEAMING and the telephone, TV control and wastebasket are replaced by others previously disinfected. In order not to contaminate the room the waitresses clean their hands before entering each room and work with the screen masks
